BIRTHDAY PARTIES

If it is raining your event will go forward as planned.

If there is an orange weather warning or above we will look to reschedule your booking for safety reasons

Your birthday activities last 3 hours and then there is 30 minutes after this for food.

You can either cater the party yourself (sandwiches, sweets cake etc) or arrange for hot food to be collected and brought to the centre for the end of the activities.
NOTE: We do not accept food deliveries as they tend not to arrive on time, you will need to collect any hot food ordered yourselves.

You will need to bring plates, napkins, cutlery, a knife to cut the cake and matches to light any candles. If you are offering soft drinks then paper cups and paper tablecloths if you want to cover the tables but we recommend the children bring refillable water bottles.

A packet of wet wipes for hands and faces before the children eat is a good idea.

You will need a black plastic sack to take away your rubbish after the event as we operate a ‘nothing left behind’ policy.

Yes, there is tentage available if it is raining.

If you want to choose your activities please let our office know before the booking so we can add your choices to the booking notes.

Our most popular activities are bushcraft/survival, obstacle course and either target archery or Find the Sniper (depending on the age of the children).

TEAMS

If your team is an underage team then we will use the obstacle course and bushcraft/survival for team building activities with either target archery or Find the Sniper (depending on age) added for some fun.

If your team is a senior  or elite team then we suggest you speak to our Director of Operations Ken Healy about your objectives for your team and what you want them to take from their time with us. Activities will be tailored accordingly.

Ken can be contacted on 086 020 9252.

An underage team session will last 3 hours.

A senior or elite team session will last 4 – 5 hours depending on the fitness level of the team.

SCHOOLS

Your students will take part in bushcraft/survival, obstacle course and either target archery or Find the Sniper depending on their age.

Your day starts at 10AM and finishes at 2.30PM. We recommend planning to arrive at 9.50AM as you will need to park, get everyone off the bus and there is a short walk down to us. You should then be ready to go at 10AM.

Yes, in fine weather they can eat outside and if it’s raining we have undercover areas for them to have lunch.
