Corporate Team Building at Fota Adventure is built on years of experience delivering engaging, results-driven programmes for businesses, sports teams and organisations of all sizes. Our purpose-built Team Building Centre offers a unique outdoor setting where communication, collaboration and leadership thrive.

Corporate Experience
Set within 22 acres of woodland, our purpose-built Corporate Team Building Centre provides the perfect environment for teams to learn, collaborate and grow. Every activity is carefully designed to strengthen communication, trust and problem-solving, from introductory challenges to immersive survival scenarios.
Drawing on our experience working on Ireland’s Fittest Family and Ultimate Hell Week, we’ve created Corporate Team Building experiences that are engaging, challenging and memorable, without the need for “hell”, ultimate or otherwise.
Your team will also have access to five puzzle cabins, where you’ll recover ancient cyphers, decipher Ogham inscriptions and work together to complete the final challenge.
Dagda Games or Crannóg Experience

Choose between two immersive Corporate Team Building experiences designed to bring teams together through challenge, collaboration and fun.
Dagda Games sees teams compete in a series of friendly challenges including archery, axe throwing, hurling and Ogham challenges, encouraging communication, teamwork and plenty of laughs.
Or choose the Crannóg Experience, where your team works together to solve ancient clues, riddles and puzzles before claiming your bounty and enjoying the spoils.
Chieftain Challenge
€90 per person | Minimum 10 participants
Take your Corporate Team Building to the next level. Develop teamwork through an immersive woodland experience where business negotiation, conflict resolution and breaking down silos are introduced naturally through play.
Your team is divided into rival tribes, given unique objectives and challenged to trade, negotiate and collaborate to achieve success. It’s experiential learning that’s engaging, memorable and genuinely enjoyable.

Our most immersive Corporate Team Building experience. Form your tribes, solve ancient puzzles, compete in the Dagda Games, build shelters and develop the strategies needed to succeed. Not everything is as it first appears, and teamwork alone may not be enough. To triumph, you’ll need the mind of a druid and the heart of a warrior.
Family Social Day
100 to 500 guests
Treat your team and their families to an exclusive day at Fota Adventure. Your company enjoys private use of the adventure centre, with our experienced staff running a full programme of activities throughout the day.
Designed for all ages, there’s something for everyone, with activities suitable for children, teenagers and adults.
Eight activities run on a rotating schedule, allowing guests to join in at their own pace.
Activities include:
- Obstacle Course – Work together to deliver “Dead Bob” through the course.
- Human Foosball – Giant table football with a competitive twist.
- Battle Royale – A real-life Nerf battle inspired by popular battle games.
- Find the Sniper – A woodland game of strategy, observation and teamwork.
- Falling Plates – Beat the clock in this fast-paced target challenge.
- Kombat Archery – Team battles using safe foam-tipped arrows.
- Survival Skills – Build a shelter, light a fire and toast a marshmallow.
- Orienteering – Navigate the woodland using map-reading and teamwork.
You can also enhance your event with inflatable attractions from Active Leisure, while a range of mobile catering and ice cream vendors can be arranged to keep everyone refreshed throughout the day.

Enter the Corporate Relay and compete against businesses from across the region for the fastest time. Navigate a series of physical and mental challenges, work together under pressure and climb the leader board.
The fastest teams qualify for the Grand Final, where they’ll battle it out for the Corporate Relay Trophy and fantastic prizes.
